Become a Safer Driver with... What's The Deal? Suffolk County Council is offering to pay £75 towards a "Pass Plus" course to enable new young drivers to improve their skills What Is Pass Plus? Pass Plus is a national scheme with training by approved driving instructors The Scheme encourages young people who have just passed their driving test to undertake up to six modules of advanced driving lessons.
